“新型インフルエンザ”に関する声明

インドネシア共和国保健省疾病管理・健全環境局長の Prof. Dr. Tjandra Yoga Aditama Sp.P, MARS.　の正式発表によると、現在のところインドネシアはＨ１Ｎ1亜型（新型インフルエンザ）の感染の恐れは無いとのことです。

しかしながら、インドネシア政府は、保健省と農業省ともに新型インフルエンザのインドネシア国内への流入感染防止の事前措置を講じております。世界保健機構との協力や監視体制、港湾保険局との協力体制などです。

保健省は次のような対応措置を実施しています。

1. インドネシア国内へのウイルス流入に対する警戒を強化。特に感染諸国からの入国者に対する出入り口での警戒のため、体温検査の10のスキャナーを空港の搭乗口や空港内の検疫所に設置。
2. いかなるインフルエンザ症状や動物（特に豚）との接触履歴などに対する慎重なる警戒。
3. インフルエンザ型病気と肺炎の監視の増強、及び疾病・環境衛生管理局に新型インフルエンザ報告専用電話番号（６２－２１）４２５７１２５の設置。
4. 考えられるあらゆる可能性で継続的に新型インフルエンザの展開を監視続ける。
5. 広範囲相互計画、広範囲部署における協力体制の強化、国内に保健関連情報を広める。
6. 保健省はあらゆる分野と地方自事体との協力体制において、新型インフルエンザのような世界的懸念事項の公衆衛生緊急事態のシミュレーションを過去２回おこなってきました。第一回インフルエンザ世界的流行防止管理シミュレーションは、２００８年４月２５日―２７日に実行されました。第二回目は、つい最近で２００９年４月２５日―２６日にマカッサルにおいて行われました。

THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND TOURISM OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
REGARDING SWINE FLU VIRUS

Indonesia is still safe from the H1N1 virus attack (Swine Flu), confirmed by Director General of Disease Control and Healthy Environment (P2PL) Ministry of Health, The Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Dr. Tjandra Yoga Aditama Sp.P, MARS.

However, the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Agriculture has been taking proactive steps to prevent the entry of swine flu virus (H1N1 virus) to the territory of Indonesia. Many of the strategic steps, such as supervision, coordination with WHO and coordination with the Port Health Office (KKP).

The Ministry of Health coordinates the following steps:

1. Cautious virus is likely to increase the territory of Indonesia with preparedness in the entrance-door, especially immigrants from countries that are currently infected. Ten thermal scanners to detect body temperatures have been installed in arrival gates of International airports and quarantine facilities in airport.
2. Cautious with all cases of influenza-like symptoms (Influenza Like Illness – ILI) and the contact history with animals (pigs).
3. Increasing activities (surveillance) of ILI and pneumonia and to report cases with prejudice to the swine flu to Dispatch of KLB (P2PL) with the phone number: (6221) 4257125.
4. Monitoring the development of the case on a continual basis through various possibilities.
5. Improve coordination with cross-program and cross-sector and disseminate health information across the country.
6. The Ministry of Health in cooperation with many other sectors and local communities has made two recent mass simulations of public health emergencies of international concern such as swine flu. The first Influenza Pandemic Control simulation was carried out on April 25-27, 2008 and the second most recently was in Makassar on April 25-26, 2009.
